About Captured Moments

When our second of five children was born, I hardly remembered what our first looked like when we brought him home. That’s when I decided to get a video camera so life’s events could be captured and watched again. As our children grew, they were involved in sports, theatre and family life. I was always there with a camera offering coaches, directors, engaged couples and whoever needed to have their special moments recorded. It's been over 35 years of recording and work has grown to helping our local tv station, a local cable channel, corporate video and church projects in the Hilton Head, Bluffton, Beaufort and Savannah areas. My favorite events are sports, dance, theatre and helping with our church’s projects. I’ve been through lots of changes in the video industry from Beta, VHS, 8mm, mini-dv tape to high definition digital files now recorded on SD cards and solid state drives. I'm eager to see where the industry goes next.

Services

I record events in HD, edit and deliver the finished product as a dvd or a HD .mp4 file which can be viewed on a website, computer, phone, tablet or tv. If you have older tape formats such as VHS, VHS-C, 8mm/High8mm Digital8 or mini-dv that contain your family memories and need to have them transferred to DVD or files I can do that too.
